By purchasing a subscription or PAYG credits, you acknowledge and accept that your payment is final. This policy ensures the sustainability of our AI-powered no-code app development platform and allows us to continue delivering high-quality services to all users.

1. No Refunds

  • All subscription fees, including monthly or annual plans, are non-refundable.
  • Payments for CloudXLR services are considered final once the subscription period begins, even if the service is not fully used.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial months or early cancellation.

2. Cancel Anytime

  • Cancellation prevents future charges but does not provide a refund for any active period.

  • Operational costs, infrastructure, and development efforts are incurred immediately.
  • Maintaining a no-refund policy allows us to keep pricing low and continue enhancing our AI services for all users.

6. Free Trials

CloudXLR may offer free trial periods for new users to test our platform. Free trials allow you to explore CloudXLR without committing to payment. Refunds do not apply to free trials; however, you may cancel the trial at any time before converting to a paid subscription.
